1. Eligibility: The campaign is open to all participants aged 18 and above. Participants must comply with the legal drinking age in their respective country.
2. Campaign Period: The campaign will start on International G&T Day, October 19th, and end on Sunday, October 21, 2023. The campaign period will be referred to as the "Campaign Period."
3. Participating in the Campaign: To participate in the campaign, participants must download the Magic Stamp App and complete the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Passport card by the end of the Campaign Period. Participants must follow the instructions provided on the app to complete the required steps.
One cocktail per bar. (One Cocktail = one stamp per bar)
Maximum 3 stamps per night.
Enjoy responsibly and Don’t drink and drive.
4. Prizes: By participating in the campaign, participants will have a chance to win various prizes, including a R5000 bar tab.
Get all 5 stamps and stand a chance to win the R 5000 bar tab.
Get at least 3 stamps, and 12 lucky winners will receive a Bombay Sapphire Celebration Hamper.
The winners will be selected based on a random draw from eligible participants.
5. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected within 10 days after the end of the Campaign Period. The selection will be conducted through a random draw from all eligible participants. The winners will be notified via the contact details provided during participation.
6. Bar Tab Prize Redemption: The winner of the R5000 bar tab prize can redeem the prize at a bar selected by Bombay Sapphire. The winner must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the selected bar.
7. General Conditions: By participating in the campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless BOMBAY SAPPHIRE and its affiliated partners from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the campaign.
8. Disqualification: Participants may be disqualified from the campaign if they are found to be in violation of the terms and conditions or if any fraudulent activity is detected.
9. Governing Law: The campaign and these terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa where the campaign is being held in Johannesburg.
Guide on Selecting Winners for the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin Route Campaign:
1. Random Draw: To select the winners of the campaign, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible participants. This ensures fairness and equal chances for all participants.
2. Timing: The random draw will take place within 10 working days after the end of the Campaign Period. This allows sufficient time for the selection process and verification of the winners.
3. Verification: Once the winners are selected, their eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions will be verified. This includes confirming their age and adherence to the legal drinking age.

5. Prize Redemption: The winners will be provided with instructions on how to redeem their prizes. This may include visiting a participating bar, providing necessary identification, or following specific guidelines.
6. Communication: Clear and timely communication will be maintained throughout the winner selection process. Participants will be informed of any updates or changes via the provided contact details.
7. Privacy: Participants' personal information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and regulation of the POPI ACT. It will only be used for the purpose of the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Transparency: The winner selection process will be conducted in a transparent manner, ensuring that all participants have an equal and fair chance of winning.
9. Disqualification: In case any winner is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected following the same process.
